This development of two unique contemporary houses was designed around a very specific set of site constraints. The site has varying topographical levels, tree constraints and overlooking implications to neighbouring residents. The houses have been individually crafted with great care to create stunning architectural statements whilst responding to planning and site constraints imposed on to the site. 

Both properties enjoy light filled open plan luxury interiors with terraces and access to private gardens. Each house has been designed with its own unique architectural aesthetic but from a shared pallet of materials and overall architectural concept. Zinc, timber and muted grey tones of render are combined to create a timeless and highly considered appearance.
