Our Quay Side project accommodates 52 high quality residential apartments each designed with a generous external terraces that provides private amenity space. The building accommodates a mix of luxury studios, 1 bed and 2 bed units. Car parking is catered for under the building within an under croft structure, this allows residential accommodation to be lifted off from ground level, improving views out to sea. The façade design is minimal in approach and utilises only two primary materials, brick and timber. Balconies are contained within the architectural shape of the structure rather than being bolt-on after thoughts. In this way the form of the building is purely expressed and takes on its own individual identity.

The internal layouts are highly efficient and apartment plans are both architecturally interesting, yet practical dwelling spaces for modern day living.
