This boutique block of four large luxury apartments sits in a tree lined plot in Lower Parkstone, Poole. Previous schemes for apartments, designed by other architects, at this site had been refused planning consent for multiple reasons. The building has been designed to sit comfortably within the street scene almost resembling a large detached house. 

The architectural language is minimal and highly considered. Details are carefully thought about as are the junctions between different materials.
