This design concept focuses on responding to the plot’s stunning views over Poole Harbour. The front of the property is intentionally void of large windows whilst the rear opens up with large expanses of glass allowing maximised views and the penetration of light deep into the interior.

At the centre of the ground floor plan is a double height living area with library gallery above. This large volume creates the hub of the home, from which other rooms and spaces interconnect. The entire top floor is dedicated to a master suite inclusive of private mini spa.

Specifically, only 2 materials have been utilised: render and glass. This creates a minimal expression of the spaces contained within, allowing the design to focus on the setting of the site rather than shouting about its own presence.
