This 10,000 sq ft villa is located in the highly desirable area of Canford Cliffs in Poole, Dorset. The property was designed as a unique response to our client’s brief and includes three levels of accommodation. The site’s topographical levels have allowed us to create two primary floors of accommodation below which is a semi-basement accommodating garaging, a large gym and a swimming / spa complex.

The external landscaping was carefully considered with a long approach to the front door becoming a key feature, and outdoor social spaces being integrated across the site. Internally, the main entrance and living areas are double height and are separated by a bridge linking two master suites with other bedroom suites on the first floor. As in all Marlow designs, the flow of the floor plan was designed to create a range of exciting interior spaces.
